Constitution of Japan Evangelical Missionary Association

PREAMBLE

WHEREAS we recognize the unity of the Body of Christ and the divine purpose of the Head to call out a people for His name from all nations, and WHEREAS the members of the Body of Christ are enjoined to assemble and join themselves together, therefore BE IT RESOLVED that we constitute ourselves as a cooperative body of evangelicals in Japan.

ARTICLE I. NAME

The name of this organization shall be JAPAN EVANGELICAL MISSIONARY ASSOCIATION.
